Wealden and Eastbourne Lifeline Limited has changed its name to Doro Care (UK) Limited. Wealden and Eastbourne Lifeline Limited may be better known to you as ‘Welbeing’ (the name that we trade under) as the provider of your social alarm service.
Please be reassured that you will get the same great service you are accustomed to, just under a new name. The same dedicated staff will continue to provide the 24/7 support you have come to rely on. But as Doro Care (UK) Limited, your service will now be brought to you by the largest social alarm service provider in the UK.
You will notice our name change soon on all our invoices and mailings. However, as there is no change to our terms, there is nothing that you need to do. Remember, it is still the same company, just a new name.
If you pay us by Direct Debit then we need to inform you that, with immediate effect, you will now see Doro Care (UK) Limited on your bank statements not Wealden & Eastbourne Lifeline Limited, but we are letting you know so you do not worry about your account with us. You will also continue to receive the benefits of the Direct Debit Guarantee.
If you currently pay by cheque, then we ask that you now make these payable to Doro Care (UK) Limited. If you have already sent payment, please do not worry as the bank continues to honour those in the short term. In recent times, many customers are finding it easier to move to Direct Debit. If you would Direct Debit payments setting up for you, then please let us know and we can send you the form.
