Monitoring centres

Our alarm-receiving centres are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Welbeing and Centra are together one of the UK’s largest telecare organisations. We provide services to over 190,000 users – both private and corporate clients throughout the UK. We take care of vulnerable people who can get in touch with our response centres in two ways: through their sheltered housing emergency call systems or individual personal alarm units.


Our thriving client base includes local authorities, housing associations, support organisations and over 25,000 private customers. Our services include 24/7 monitoring service, out of hours support, welfare check calls and decommissioning.

Cloud based alarm handling

We can also offer cloud-based alarm handling. A flexible solution where our alarm centres quickly take over and manage alarms from a local authority. For example, during hectic periods or when there is a shortage of staff. At other times, the local authority handles the alarms. The system is web-based and automatically checked with login. If no one in the organization is logged in, the alarm is automatically forwarded to the alarm centres.
