Monitoring centres

Our monitoring centres are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Welbeing, Centra and Eldercare together represent one of the UK’s largest telecare organisations. We provide services to over 235,000 users – both private and corporate clients throughout the UK. We take care of vulnerable people who can get in touch with our monitoring centres in two ways: through their sheltered housing emergency call systems or individual personal alarm units.

Our thriving client base includes local authorities, housing associations, support organisations and over 50,000 private customers. Our services include 24/7 monitoring service, out of hours support, welfare check calls and decommissioning.
