Recycle - how to and where
For more detailed information about the return and recycling of products, batteries or packaging, please contact your local Municipal Office, your household waste disposal service or the shop where you purchased the product or battery.
To ensure that the battery and the electrical and electronic equipment will be treated properly, hand over these products at end-of-life to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. For all other batteries, please view the section in the instruction manual on how to remove the battery from the product safely. Please remove the battery and hand it over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of waste batteries.
Before you hand in your phone for recycling, we recommend that you:
- Remember to back up or transfer files and information you want to keep. Then delete all personal information from the phone via a Master reset (for more info, please refer to the user guide).
- Remove the memory card and the SIM card.
- Hand in your phone together with the battery.
