Before contacting our support or visiting the place where you bought your product, you can try any or all of these three steps to solve the problem:
1. Restart your phone by turning it off, wait about 10 seconds and then turn it on again.
2. See if there is any new software and make an update.
3. If you have a smartphone where the battery can not be removed, look in the manual for "Restart the phone". If you have a regular mobile phone remove the battery, wait a few minutes, then plug it in again and start the phone
