Tyto požadavky platí po celou dobu, kdy produkt nebo služba vytváří a shromažďuje data, bez ohledu na to, zda jsou placené, zahrnuté v ceně nebo poskytované zdarma.
Důležitou součástí tohoto nařízení je vaše právo vědět, jaké typy údajů produkt vytváří a shromažďuje, jak k nim můžete získat přístup, v jakém formátu jsou dostupné, kde jsou ukládány a jak dlouho jsou uchovávány.
Abychom vám tyto informace usnadnili, připravili jsme pro každý připojený produkt přehled podle nařízení Data Act, který naleznete na této stránce i v produktovém listu. Informace jsou uvedeny v tabulce obsahující typy údajů, které může produkt vytvářet, jejich formát, odhadované množství, místo uložení a dobu uchovávání.
