The Promoter

1. The Promoter is Doro UK Ltd, RG6 1PT (“Doro”) (the “Promoter”).

Promotion Period and Qualifying Purchase

1. The Promotion Period will commence at 00:01 (BST) on 13^th November 2025 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on 10th December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The promotion is only available to O2 customers who are new or re-signing that make a Qualifying Purchase between 6^th November 2025 and 10th December 2025.
3. A Qualifying Purchase is an order of a Doro Aurora A10 made during the Promotion Period purchased directly from O2.(“Qualifying Purchase”). (https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/our-latest-pay-monthly-mobile-agreement)
4. Qualifying Purchases received after the closing date will be invalid.
5. Once the Qualifying Purchase is made customers will need to claim their free accessory by uploading proof of purchase and the device IMEI to https://www.doro.com/en-gb/landing-page/o2-aurora-free-accessory/ and will receive a unique voucher code via email to claim a free Doro Aurora A10 accessory, as listed in Table 1 below, upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Doro Aurora A10 smartphone (each a “Promotion Product”) from O2 within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
6. All promotion claims need to be processed on the Doro website by the 10^th January 2026.
7. Doro and O2 reserve the right to refuse participation in this Promotion, or to cancel any claim for a free accessory, if they reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, or any other misuse of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions
8. The accessory is provided free of charge with no additional costs to the participant. The indicative retail value of the accessory is £15 to £60. Accessories are subject to availability and may vary by model, colour or style.
9. To qualify for the offer, you must not have returned or changed your Qualifying Purchase within the first 14 days of purchase.
10. Change of mind policy applies to Qualifying Purchase and free Doro accessory as a bundle. If you cancel or return your Qualifying Purchase, you must also return the free accessory received under this promotion. If you do not return the accessory, you may be charged the standard retail price for the selected accessory. The return of the Qualifying Purchase must be made to O2, and the return of the free accessory must be made to Doro.
11. Maximum of 1 (one) offer per Qualifying Purchase per customer.
12. If the Doro Aurora accessory email code is not received and you remain on an eligible contract, then you should contact our Customer Service team on 0800 026 5479.
13. The Doro Aurora free accessory discount codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute the Doro Aurora free accessory code with another voucher of equivalent value at its own discretion.
14. We reserve the right to cancel and/or amend these terms and conditions and/or the promotion at any stage, but we will only do so for reasons outside of our reasonable control. We will endeavour to minimize the effect of such cancellation or amendment on participants in order to avoid disappointment, which may include providing an alternative offer if the original Doro Aurora free accessory discount code becomes unavailable for any reason.
15. Personal data supplied in connection with this promotion can be processed by Doro in accordance with Doro’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy policy.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible to participate in the promotion you must be a legal resident (aged 18+) of either the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man or Channel Islands (“Individual Participant”) or a company registered in one of the same (“Company Participant”). For the avoidance of doubt, within these Terms and Conditions the term “Participant” shall be taken to refer to both Individual Participants and Company Participants (and the applicable plural) unless stated otherwise.
