Il Data Act dell’UE (Regolamento UE 2023/2854) richiede ai produttori di fornire informazioni chiare prima dell’acquisto di un prodotto. Sosteniamo questo requisito e condividiamo i dettagli affinché tu possa fare scelte consapevoli. Gli stessi requisiti si applicano finché il prodotto o servizio genera e raccoglie dati, che siano a pagamento, inclusi o gratuiti.
Una parte importante della legge è che devi essere informato sul tipo di informazioni che un prodotto genera e raccoglie, come puoi accedervi, in quale formato, dove vengono archiviate e per quanto tempo vengono conservate.
Per chiarire questo, abbiamo fornito le informazioni del Data Act per ogni prodotto connesso sia in questa pagina che nella scheda informativa del prodotto. Le informazioni sono mostrate in una tabella che elenca il tipo di dati che il prodotto può generare, il formato, la quantità stimata, dove vengono archiviati e per quanto tempo.
