At Doro, we value transparency about how our connected products work and what kind of data they generate. The EU Data Act (Regulation EU 2023/2854) requires manufacturers to provide customers with clear pre-contractual information on product data generation and collection. We welcome this requirement and make the information available so that you can make informed decisions before purchasing a product. One of its key requirements is that customers receive clear information about the type of product data generated, how it can be accessed, in what format, where it is stored, and how long it is retained.
In line with these obligations, and to support informed decision-making, Doro provides information for each connected product in the Product Fact Sheet. The tables below show, for each product, what type of data may be generated, its format, estimated volume, storage location, and retention period. As this data is only relevant in connection with the specific product, it is not made available in a portable format.
Please note that the Doro Leva series does not generate or collect any data. The Leva products are therefore listed on this page, but their Product Fact Sheets simply state that no data is generated or collected.
