Doro will deliver an updated experience for you on a regular basis, including updated security patches. Several factors may affect the date you actually receive an update, e.g. device model, operator variants etc. Users are reminded that all maintenance releases should be accepted as soon as possible for ensuring best performance. All new models released after June 2025 will adhere to all relevant EU directives concerning software updates and repairability rules.

Note : Device models Doro 2404 and Doro 1380 does not offer over the air updates. Please contact Doro Support for information, and help how to update your phone.
*Guaranteed updates means that Doro will continue to update the software, on the specified device, until this date at least, on a regular basis. Updates may well continue after the date, but it is likely that they will be less frequent. Consumers are encouraged to regularly check for updates in the settings menu, as described in the user manual.
