Why doesn’t the box include a charger?
This is due to a new European law that aims to reduce e-waste and encourage people to reuse their existing chargers. By doing this, we are helping to protect the environment.
How do I know if my charger will work?
Check the power range shown on your phone's product page. If your charger provides power:
Will a stronger charger damage my phone?
No, a stronger charger won’t damage your phone. Your phone will only use the amount of power it needs.
Can I charge my phone faster with a stronger charger?
No, your phone will charge at its maximum speed, regardless of how powerful the charger is.

Check the type of cable included with your phone:
Does the charging cradle need a power adaptor?
Yes, the charging cradle must be plugged into a power adaptor using the provided cable. It cannot charge your phone on its own.
