Important Update to your Doro Assistance Services

To keep your service secure and running smoothly, we are updating Response by Doro. This update affects different Doro phones in different ways. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your assistance service continues to work.

 

For Doro Smartphones:

Impacted Doro models: 8050, 8062, 8080, 8100, 8200, Aurora A10/A20/A30

  • Update the Response by Doro (Senior) app to the latest version from the Google Play Store.
  • Open the app to verify that you are logged in. If not, log in with your existing account
  • Once updated and you are logged in, your service will continue to work as normal with improved security

 

For DorOS Feature Phones:

Impacted Doro models: 730X, 780X, 7080, 7010/7011, 7030/7031, 7060/7070

Response by Doro will no longer be supported on DorOS feature phones due to technical limitations.

To keep your assistance service active:

Switch to Assistance Classic, which uses the phone’s built-in assistance button.

Instructions:

  1. Open the Settings from the Menu list
  2. Press on the first item « Assistance »
  3. Press on « Mode »
  4. Select the option « Assistance » in the list
  5. Go back on the Settings list by pressing on the hardware Back key
  6. Navigate down in the list and press on « Number list » to define your relative to call in case of emergency

 

This ensures you remain supported whenever you need help.
