Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC)
Each device has a hearing aid compatibility rating to give users the best possible sound when linked directly with their hearing aid.
Normal mode
This is the standard setting that all devices are preprogrammed to. It gives you HD voice for calls on 4G LTE.
