What is Doro Premium Services?
It is your own personal safety and wellbeing circle, built right into your Doro Aurora device and powered by Xplora. Your phone comes ready with Xplora Senior app already on it. Your family downloads the Xplora app, sorts the subscription and everyone is connected.
Which app does my family need, and is it free to download?
They download the Xplora app for free from the App Store or Google Play. From there they set up the account and take care of the monthly subscription. Your Doro Aurora already has Xplora Senior on it so you are good to go from day one.
Do I need a Doro phone?
Yes, and you are going to love it. Xplora Senior is built into the Doro Aurora from August 2026. Already have an Aurora? It arrives with your next software update*. If you have a Doro feature phone, it is on its way to you later in 2026.
*Not yet available on specific operator software Doro Aurora models e.g. those brought from O2, Vodafone Three and EE, coming to these later.
Can my family see everything on my phone?
Not at all. You are always in charge of what is shared and with whom. Nothing happens on your phone without your say so.
How many family members can connect?
Up to two family members or trusted loved ones can be part of your circle through the Xplora app. The one who sets up the subscription becomes the main Account Holder.
What's coming later in 2026?
Xplora Senior is coming to Doro feature phones later this year. More people, more warmth, more families brought closer together.
